Requirements
Any structure 120 square feet or larger requires a Valencia County Zoning and Flood review prior to commencement of construction. Including but not limited to pole barns, hay barns, livestock housing, carports, sheds, re-roofs, ect. For more information contact 505-866-2054.
Requests
Building permits can be obtained from the Valencia County Planning & Zoning website and P&Z Department at 444 Luna Ave.
Building inspections are being handled by Construction Industries and Manufactured Housing located at 5500 San Antonio NE Albuquerque, NM 87109, and can be reached at 505-222-9800.
