Submitting an Agenda Request

You must have a Commission sponsor for your agenda request item. When you obtain a sponsor, all completed Agenda Request Forms (ARF) (PDF) should be turned in no later than 9 am on Monday, 10 days prior to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) meeting it is due to be presented at. The ARF as well as all supporting documentation can be emailed to the County Manager’s Office or hard copies delivered in person.
